The next page of Volume 9 has been posted:

Sorry for the late post again.  There has been a bit of a hardware failure on the part of my iMac, and it looks like this is going to get in the way of the Volume 10 production.  So I might not be getting the next volume out quite as soon after the end of this one as I thought.  However, good news is that I actually have responsible backup policies, and I won't be missing any postings for Volume 9.
